How Can I book the packages in online
  1. If you are looking for the packages in the online, then you should take the reservation of tickets in the website or automatically it will be sent to your reference e-mail and then we will be in the process of booking Darshan Ticket. We will send you the Darshan ticket over that e-mail, once it is done. Our representative [driver] will be in touch with you for further updates.
  2. In case of car breakdown, you will be accommodated into another car. Consequently, the car type will be changed. Kindly cooperate with the package providers. If the car exchanged is lower in cost from which you have booked, the change in package cost will be refunded.
  3. If any changes occur in the TTD office or if there is any change in the timing or day of travelling which is inconvenient with the customer or if there is any general strike or government related inconvenience, the full amount will be refunded to the customers.
  4. If the customer did not get the ticket which we have booked, special ticket [Thakel ticket] will be arranged at 5 a.m. on their day of travel. This ticket will be send to your mail id.
Note : Driver details will be given the previous day before 6 PM
For Tirupati Balaji Temples (Terms & Conditions)

  1. Consuming alcohol strictly prohibited during the packages.
  2. The Tirupati Tirumala Balaji Pilgrims Should wear trational dress, For Male : Dhoti, Shirt, Kurtha, Pyjama. For Female : Saree, Half Saree, Chudidar with Dupatta
  3. The Tirupati Tirumala Balaji Pilgrims entry with chappels/shoes is not permitted into Qlines, mada streets and temple.
  4. At the time of entry Tirupati Tirumala Balaji Pilgrim should produce the same original ID used in the time of booking. For Children under 12 years, age proof should be brought to gain entry fee of cost.
  5. The Tirupati Balaji Pilgrims should not carry any luggage/cell phones/electronic gadgets while reporting at SMC 211 or ATC Car Parking Area

CANCELLATION TIME AND CANCELLATION CHARGE

INDIVIDUAL CAR PACKAGES FOR ONE DAY

  1. Cancellation of Services - If we booked Special Entry Darshan Tickets (300 darshan Tickets) after that you will be asking any cancellation of services, TTD Rules & Regulation no refund the special Entry darshan ticket amount so loss Rs 300 per tickets + We Collected Rs 50 darshan ticket Service Charges
  2. If we NOT booked Special Entry Darshan Tickets (300 darshan Tickets) after that you will be asking any cancellation of services, We refund full money or advance Money (Defends How Much You are paid) or If you want to other date change trip then we can arrange trip.
FOR INDIVIDUAL CAR RENTAL SERVICES FOR ONE DAY OR TWO DAYS

  1. Cancellation of Services - If we booked Special Entry Darshan Tickets (300 darshan Tickets) after that you will be asking any cancellation of services, TTD Rules & Regulation no refund the special Entry darshan ticket amount so loss Rs 300 per tickets + We Collected Rs 100 darshan ticket Service Charges
  2. If we NOT booked Special Entry Darshan Tickets (300 darshan Tickets) after that you will be asking any cancellation of services, We refund full money or advance Money (Defends How Much You are paid) or If you want to other date change trip then we can arrange trip.
FOR SHARED PACKAGES FOR ONE DAY

  1. Cancellation of Services - If we booked Special Entry Darshan Tickets (300 darshan Tickets) after that you will be asking any cancellation of services, TTD Rules & Regulation no refund the special Entry darshan ticket amount so loss Rs 300 per tickets + We Collected Rs 100 darshan ticket Service Charges.
  2. If we NOT booked Special Entry Darshan Tickets (300 darshan Tickets) after that you will be asking any cancellation of services, We refund full money or advance Money (Defends How Much You are paid) or If you want to other date change trip then we can arrange trip.
FOR SPECIAL ENTRY DARSHAN TICKETS

  1. Cancellation of Services - If we booked Special Entry Darshan Tickets (300 darshan Tickets) after that you will be asking any cancellation of services, TTD Rules & Regulation no refund the special Entry darshan ticket amount so loss Rs 300 per tickets + We Collected Rs 200 darshan ticket Service Charges.
  2. If we NOT booked Special Entry Darshan Tickets (300 darshan Tickets) after that you will be asking any cancellation of services, We refund full money or advance Money (Defends How Much You are paid) or If you want to change date of booking, we can arrange it.

Note: If you take booking one week before then we are operating packages easily, If you are planning one day or two days before, Let us check the availability of the packages and The packages we can operating depends of Rs 300 special entry darshan tickets for Tirupati Balaji Temples Darshan.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION

  1. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice you pay ZERO rupees as your cancellation fee.
  2. If you cancel within 24 hours you will pay Rs.300/- only for one day driver batta fee.

CAB CATEGORY

  1. The booking will be for cab type ETIOS and we do not commit on providing the preferred cab model ( Indigo, Honda , Swift Dezire or similar)
  2. The booking will be for cab type INNOVA and we do not commit on providing the preferred cab model ( Xylo, Ertiga , Renalt Large or similar)
HILLY REGIONS

  1. Ac will be switched off in hilly areas.
NIGHT CHARGES

  1. Post 11.00 pm to 6.00 am, an additional night charge (ETIOS - INNOVA Rs.300 & CRYSTA - TAVERA - TEMPO TRAVELLER Rs.500 0/night) will be applicable. These charges should be directly paid to the driver.
LUGGAGE POLICY

  1. You can accommodate up to 2 small bags in ETIOS,DEZIRE & 4 small bags in INNOVA, CRYSTA. INNOVA - CRYSTA carriers on top for extra luggage Rs.1000.
DRIVER DETAILS

  1. Driver details will be shared up to 2hrs prior to departure.
STOPS

  1. This is a point to point booking and only one stop for meals in included.
DELAYS

  1. Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason, pickup may be delayed by 30 Mins .
WAITING CHARGED

  1. Driver would wait maximum 45 minutes from your scheduled pickup time at you pickup location. Post this your trip will may get cancelled without any refund. If there is a mutual agreement between customer and driver.
RECEIPTS

  1. You need to collect the receipts from driver for driver for any toll tax, state tax, night charges pr extra km paid directly to the driver during the trip Balaji Travels send BILL on your email ID 15 minutes..
